Hello. I am Junying Li, a graduate student from the Instructional Design and Technology Department at Emporia State University. My graduate project, which is named ASG training, aims to train students in student organizations at ESU on how to manage the work related to the Center for Student Involvement and how to use Hornet Life. The guidance that is closely linked to their problems -- such as how to apply for re-recognition -- is explained so that students can have a better experience as a Hornet. Communicating with my clients frequently was essential so I could figure out what they really need and design solutions. Due to COVID,  some parts of my project needed to be changed.  For example, the implementation of the pilot test was carried out by remote conferences. Thank you for visiting my graduate project.
