I am Tyler Smith, a 2019 graduate of Emporia State University’s MBA program. After taking an Instructional Design & Technology elective, I found that I truly enjoyed the field, which guided me to the decision to pursue a second master’s degree in IDT. The courses and experiences at ESU have led me to take a leap of faith and make a major career change. This change proved that the MS in IDT was a great  choice and I use what I’ve learned at Emporia State University every day as a member of the Design and Development Team at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
